LF Knives’ manufacturing facility is located in Mingjue Industrial Park, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. We manufacture industrial machine knives and provide OEM customization and CNC machining services for customers worldwide.
We select appropriate Steel Grades for your applications. For example: Stainless steel such as 420, 440A and 440C. D2 (1.2379), SKD11, DC53, A8, 52100, SS, HSS (High Speed Steel) and Tungsten Carbide. Powder metal steel is also available for special application.
Blade service life depends on the material being cut, machine settings and operating conditions. Our team reviews these factors and recommends a suitable steel grade, hardness and heat-treatment process for the application.
Key stages from drawing review and material selection to machining, heat treatment and final inspection are controlled through our production and quality procedures.
Lead time depends on the material, dimensions and quantity. For urgent custom sample projects, shipment can be arranged in as fast as seven days after technical confirmation.
